Over the past few years l’ve an increased number of guests asking about vegetarian classes, so l’ve decided to run 3 half days of “Purely Vegetarian”  with a twist. Promising to give you a large selection of menus, fresh ideas, new tastes and an easy impressive way to present your food. Even the true meat lovers will enjoy the occasional selection of food you will be able to produce for the table.

Fresh, seasonal and organic produce will be used throughout each half day. We will cook with rice, cereal grains, lentils, herbs, beans, seeds, fungi, fruits and bulbs. We will make a delightful and colorful selection of salads, soups, breads, pastas and pastries and at the end of each session in the kitchen we eat and enjoy together.

For the record you need to know l’m not a vegetarian although for the past 20 years l have chosen to eat this way at least five days a week. It’s a health choice, an environmental choice and l just love the diversity and pure taste of fresh vegetables.

Dates  11th – 13th -15th  September 2017

Classes start at 9.30am and finish at 12.30. All equipment, food, instruction and recipes supplied.

Lunch is served from 12.30 – 14.00 – 4 courses with wine

Price 110€ per person.
