Where is the chalet located? How long does it take to get to from Geneva?
I have a very painful frozen shoulder and have not been able to go yoga for some time as I cannot lift of extend my left arm. Would I get one on one attention to do exercises that do not solicit my shoulder/arm or is it not advisable to do yoga?
Hi Katherine,
Thanks for your enquiry at Chalet Savoie Faire, I’m so sorry that l missed your message until now.
We are in the Savoie region, 2 hours from Geneva. You can get here by train or bus to the valley floor and we can collect you from either Moutiers or Albertville.
The frozen shoulder, do not despair, it will heal – I have just come out of a 10 month painful period with exactly the same thing and I know the frustrations and pain it causes.
We have one room left on the retreat – we are a very small and personal group of 6 women – Claudia would have a lot of one to one time with you and YES there are plenty of movements that will help you and your shoulder.
If you cant make this retreat we have more that will be announced over the next few weeks ( but Claudia is something else when it comes to instruction and gentle movements).
I look forward to hearing from you – if you need any further info please just drop me an email on nikki@chaletsavoiefaire.com or call me on 0033771605048,
Kind regards and healing
Nikki
