Grain Crackers

Makes 20

Ingredients

60g pumpkin seeds

60g sunflower seeds

30g flax seeds
10g sesame seeds

60g buckwheat flour

2 tbsp cider vinegar

Method
1. Preheat oven to 180C.
2. Mix all the grains with the flour, a pinch salt, the vinegar and 5 tbsp water. Mix together until you have obtained a nice dough.
3. Place the mixture between two baking sheets and roll out to about 5mm.
4. Either you can cut each biscuit into a rectangle shape or leave as a large biscuit and break into shapes after it has cooked.
5. Cook for 20 minutes, leave to cool on the tray. Serve with home made dips and cheese.
