As our Summer sizzle subsides and the light turns golden, this great escape will support the change of pace and attention needed to feel BALANCED and centered at this time of year.
Take time for yourself to experience an adventure, a journey to consciousness, a place of unspoilt nature and beauty. Join Bec and Nikki in the exquisite comfort of Chalet Savoie Faire and it’s surrounding mountain magic. Practice and learn Yoga and traditional lifestyle balancing and energy management tools that support us through the seasons. Slow down, return to centre, breathe and enjoy great company, this golden day has been created specifically for you!
Bec Black is our yoga teacher sharing yoga and lifestyle balancing tools derived from TCM and traditional energy practices for this Earthy season. We will hold a morning practice in the studio “Bailey’s Barn” (Yoga and Chi Gung) and an afternoon workshop learning tips and tools that you can take home and continue to help you move, breathe and feel better to align with these times.
