Join Sarah, Melissa and Chelsea for a 3 night (2.5 day) workshop/retreat in our beautiful corner of the French Alps. You’ll stay at Chalet Savoie Faire, our cookery school and luxury alpine retreat perched with the best view of the Alps and valleys below.

In our amazing kitchen you will prepare the dishes we’ll be styling and shooting. Chalet Savoie Fair has ample glass windows for shooting with natural light and you can stay cosy near the wood burners whilst experiencing the snowy mountains outside.

About Sarah

I‘m Sarah, a photographer based in Devon in the UK (but I’m happy to travel).

My real passion is photographing people, food and travel and sometimes a combination of all three if I’m lucky.  Whether its a wedding, lifestyle, commercial or food shoot, what really interests me is capturing an honest reflection of the story being told.  I love to photograph in a journalistic way, with natural light where possible rather than over-staged shots.  I have a simple, relaxed approach and prefer to keep things as informal as possible.


About our accommodation

You can’t help but fall in love with Chalet Savoie Faire, a renovated village farmhouse B&B with bags of character. Refurbished by Hugh using reclaimed materials and with Nikki’s unique style that has been featured in glossy magazines and travel guides, this is accommodation with the wow factor!

Expect a warm welcome from hosts Nikki and Hugh, whose hands-on approach, creative culinary talents and boundless energy will ensure that guests feel well and truly pampered during their stay in this charming French village.

The boutique bedrooms include luxurious linen for a glorious night of restful sleep. Sharing a meal around the table in the magnificent vaulted ceiling dining room is even more special with the twinkling lights from the chandelier and Nikki’s fresh and vibrant food.
