This is a fun, hands on, half day cooking class in a beautiful space. A day designed for men who want to develop a few new skill sets & gain confidence in the kitchen, a step by step guide on how to create and build up a repertoire of delicious and tasty meals to share with your loved one’s.
The day starts at 9.30am – an introduction to the kitchen with a coffee and a muffin in hand.
10.00 – 13.00 – Cooking together with Duncan and Nikki, a stunning three course meal, it promises to be healthy, seasonal, colourful and delicious.
13.00 – 15.00 – Join us on the terrace to enjoy the fruits of your hard work, with a splash of wine.

Duncan Burnham -studied at Oxford catering college, learning all the classical recipes and techniques. He then went into large scale catering, cooking in a conference centre. His first ski season was in 99 cooking for a chalet of 38 people, where he met his wife Helen. After spending another few years back in the UK cooking at Merton college, Oxford University he and Helen went back to working in ski resorts and summer villas. Cooking in high end chalets in the ski resorts of Verbier, Zermatt and Meribel and in the summer running private villas in the Algarve, Majorca, Lake Como and cooking for a private house in the Hamptons, NY for a family for 5 summers. For the last 6 summers he has cooked in a private villa on the small greek island of Paxos, cooking for wealthy and sometimes famous clients. Duncan is now a freelance chef for hire across the 3 valleys in the winter and across Europe in the summers.
