hands-on training in a real kitchen environment

Our guests over the years have shown us how open they are to new adventures, whether that be in the kitchen, on a bike or simply enjoying the beauty walking outdoors. So with this in mind we have created a multi activity package, where you get a taster of all on offer from our mountain top. It’s for all ages and encompasses half days in the kitchen, a visit to Moutiers market, buying fresh and local produce to come back and cook with. A local guide will take you through the forest floors and enrich you with information about foraging, flora and fauna, finishing with a picnic with stunning views across the Alps. A lovely lunch in a local restaurant followed by a visit to the natural thermal springs. Finished with another walk and more culinary delights cooked in the kitchen.

You will be given hands-on training, which we believe is the best way to learn, and the kitchen has been designed to feel as close to a household kitchen as possible, so skills can be easily replicated.

You will be using ingredients that are easily sourced from local suppliers and learning fool-proof recipes that you can use again and again. This is fun, this is educational, this is delicious!
